Start from built-in regulated-industry report types or build your own reusable templates.

Reports compile your live records into the documents auditors and submissions ask for. You start from a template — either one of the built-in report types or a custom one you build — so the same report can be run again and again against current data.

Built-in report types

TraceUnified ships with a catalog of report types built for regulated work — trace matrices, coverage analysis, audit-trail reports, FMEA and risk reports, impact analysis, release notes and readiness, regulatory documents, and more. These encode the structure auditors expect, so you’re not reinventing a submission document each time. You find them in the report hub, where you can search and favorite the ones you use most.

Custom report templates

When a built-in type doesn’t fit, you build your own template with the report builder. A custom template defines what data the report draws on and how it’s laid out, and is saved for reuse — so a report your organization runs regularly becomes a one-click, repeatable artifact rather than a manual assembly. Templates produce consistent output

The value of a template is consistency. Because the structure is fixed and the data is pulled live, every run of a template produces the same kind of document with current content — so a report you submitted last quarter and the one you submit this quarter are directly comparable, and nothing is left to manual formatting.
