Signing in

Reaching your organization's workspace, signing in, and resetting your password.

TraceUnified is delivered as a secure, per-organization workspace. Your organization has its own address, and your account is scoped to it.

Your organization’s workspace

Each organization is reached at its own web address. Use the URL your administrator provided — signing in there places you in your organization’s workspace with your projects, your records, and your permissions. If your organization uses single sign-on, you may be directed to your identity provider instead of the standard sign-in form; see the Identity Portal section for how SSO is configured.

Signing in

On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and password and continue. Your access inside the workspace is governed by your assigned role, so what you can see and change depends on the permissions your administrator has granted.

Resetting your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, choose the reset option on the sign-in screen, enter your email address, and request a reset link. Follow the emailed link to set a new password, then return to sign in. For accounts managed through single sign-on, your password is handled by your identity provider rather than here.

Staying signed in securely

Because TraceUnified holds controlled records, sessions and access are subject to your organization’s security policies — session length, password rules, and related controls are set centrally. If a session expires, simply sign in again to continue where you left off.
