In-app notifications

Stay current through the Notification Center — activity that involves you, gathered in one place.

The Notification Center is where the work that involves you comes to find you. Instead of watching every record across every module, you get a single, current feed of the things that need your attention.

Activity from across the platform

Notifications are drawn from every part of the platform, grouped by sourceReviews, Releases, Workflow, Training, and System events. A review assigned to you, a release awaiting your approval, a workflow transition on a record you own, a training course coming due — all surface in one place, so nothing slips through because it lived in a module you weren’t looking at.

Read and unread

Each notification carries a read or unread state, so the center works like an inbox: new items stand out, and you clear them as you deal with them. You can mark items read individually or all at once, and remove read items to keep the list focused on what’s still outstanding.

Finding what matters

For a busy program the feed can be substantial, so you can filter it — by source, by date, or by searching — and page through it rather than scrolling endlessly. Want just the reviews waiting on you, or just today’s activity? Filter to it. Bulk actions let you select a page and act on several notifications together.

A signal, not noise

The Notification Center exists to keep you informed without forcing you to monitor everything manually. It tells you what changed and where, so you can jump straight to the record that needs you. How much of this also reaches you by email, and how to tune what you receive, is covered next in Email & preferences.
