Pending approvals
Monitor every approval in flight across the organization — what's waiting, on whom, and how far along.
Pending approvals gives administrators a single view of every approval currently in flight across the organization. Where approval rules define the chains and individual signers act on their own steps, this view shows the whole picture — useful for spotting what’s stuck and why.
What the view shows
Each pending approval shows the resource being approved, its type, who submitted it, the current step in its chain, the pending signers that step is waiting on, and overall progress through the chain. At a glance you can see not just that something is awaiting approval, but exactly where in the sequence it sits and whose action it needs next.
Finding what matters
For a busy organization the list can be long, so you can filter it — by project, by signer, or by type — to answer a specific question: what’s waiting on this person, or what approvals are outstanding in this project. This turns a broad queue into an actionable view.
Keeping approvals moving
The point of the view is to keep sign-offs from silently stalling. An approval waiting too long on one signer, a chain that’s barely progressed — these surface here so they can be chased or reassigned, rather than discovered when someone asks why a release hasn’t shipped. The chains themselves are configured in Approval rules.
